What's the weather like?

San Francisco has a great number of museums to check out. Visting a museum is great for a rainy day. For classical fine arts stop by the De Young Museum

If history is more your scene and you don't mind a daytrip, take the bart to Berkeley and check out the cool ancient artifacts at one of the Museums at Berkeley

If the weather isn't too good, cheer yourself up with some delicious sweets.

Enjoy the view from Cheesecake Factory at Union Square or indulge in a course of high tea at the Garden Court inside the Palace Hotel.

Fill the day with some maritime fun and cool off by the waves. You could check out the old ruins of Victorian Era Sutro Baths. Or even check out the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park in Fisherman's Wharf. If you really want to hit the waves, take a boat tour around the bay and under the Golden Gate Bridge.
